Trip Cancellation Policy

If a trip, class or event is canceled due to weather, a 100% refund will be given via in-store credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund to your credit card, which we will provide less a 10% processing fee.

Multi-Day Trips: include a $100 non-refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you are eligible for the following refund:

• 61+ days prior to departure: 100% refund, minus $100 deposit
• 31 to 60 days prior to departure = 50% refund, minus $100 deposit
• 0 to 30 days prior to departure = No refund

Single Day Trips, Classes & Events: If you decide to cancel your reservation, you are eligible for the following refund:

• 11+ days prior to event = 100% refund
• 0 to 10 days prior to event = No refund

All refunds will be given as store credit for future store purchase/trip booking. Alternatively, you may request a refund to your credit card, which we will provide less a 10% processing fee.
