Orders placed by noon CT will ship next business day via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders placed after noon CT, or on weekends and holidays will ship within 2 business days.
Delivery time will vary depending on your exact location. You may use your tracking number at usps.com to check on the delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Orders: Once we transfer orders into the shippers possession, they are responsible for delivering your order. For lost or damaged orders, please contact your local USPS location. We will make every effort to help track and find lost orders, however we are unable to track better than the delivery service themselves. Once orders are scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for all unused, unopened and unworn products* with a valid receipt. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Returns without a valid receipt are eligible for in-store credit, subject to manager approval.
*All sales are final on kayaks/canoes/SUPs and clearance merchandise.
