Join us for a contemplative walk in the woods. We'll immerse ourselves in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest atmosphere as we practice this form of mobile meditation. Our time will begin with a brief seated centering practice, followed by a slow stroll through the beautiful forest at Ingawanis Woodland. We’ll reconvene for a time of sharing and reflection to finish out time together.

Adventure Gals is a community of women who value adventure and connection with the natural world. We offer meet up opportunities designed by women, for women to build confidence, gain experience, get inspiration and find a community in the outdoors.
Walking, sitting, nature observing
Beginner. Plan to be active for about 2 hours. We plan to be outside in most weather conditions–rain or shine, hot or cold, windy or still.
Snacks, water or other beverages, items of a personal nature.

Registration is limited to 12 women. A minimum of 6 registrants is required to offer the event.
We have intentionally limited the number of participants on our trips in order to provide a safe and rich outdoor experience.
