Join Mary McInnis Meyer of Field of Yoga, and Darrin Siefken of Crawdaddy Outdoors, as we paddle one of Northeast Iowa’s rivers, with a stop for yoga. All experience levels of paddling and yoga are welcome – whether it’s paddling or yoga, we will break it down for you and get you feeling comfortable.
Bring a sack lunch, a beach towel, sunscreen, plenty of water, and be ready for a day being fully alive in nature. Typical trip format is a 3-hour paddle, then a yoga & lunch break, then another 1-hour paddle, and optional brief yoga at the end. Live it up!
Times are approximate and rivers are tentative. They will be finalized closer to the date pending river levels. Details on put-in/take-out, car-pooling, and shuttle will be emailed the Friday prior to the trip.
